How Is Abhyangam Performed?

Oils for Kapha

Sesame Oil, Almond Oil, or Corn Oil: These oils are plain and warm. Therefore, they are good choices when it comes to pacifying excess Kapha. If you are going for sesame oil, use the untoasted varieties that have a light scent.
