Arrogant Negligence of the Body
The departure of one of the biggest investors and traders has created shockwaves amongst the people who are familiar with this industry.
The wealthy have no time to take out for their integrated health and so they move out from the world untimely. Therefore common sense and Hindu philosophy call “good health” as one of the most important wealth.
The modern industrialized society cares for grade, trade and trade mills and considers natural life style as “not feasible” and “impractical” while inviting death during impractical timing.
In recent times, because wealth is being generated amongst the lower and higher middle class people to another level, the consumption of wealth has also increased in an unreasonable way.
Over consumption has certainly put the human body into another level of stress and challenges. The wealthy of course try to fix it quickly by surgeries, antibiotics and sophisticated treatments so that they can come back to their over working and over consuming life.
It’s an irony that those who have died wanting to live and become more prosperous, and on other hand some poor, who wanting to die, live and struggle for basics, few amongst such struggling people choose to die by suicide.
There are some philosophers who use the death of people to denigrate life all together. Their theory is that all paths lead to death, so nothing is worthwhile, being wealthy, healthy and filthy all enter into death’s door.
But Gita abandons such philosophy and teaches us to maximize the quality of one’s life which is the integration of health, recreation, work and sleep.
Therefore untimely death caused by conscious or unconscious abuse of the body is a loss, to an individual and the society at large.
Those who have, should at least go not only for excursion or pleasure trips but also for cleansing, healing and discovering one’s deeper self for healthy, wealthy and a dharmik life.
Of course while trying to live such a life if one does die untimely, then such death can be said as death caused by ‘destiny’ and any other-kind of life leaded which causes death is understood that it is simply because of human stupidity and arrogant negligence of the body.
We pray that the wealth of the country continues to grow through the legacy of the person who left his body helping himself and others to a live of life integration.
